The primary purpose is to help you find a builder for a project at your location of interest, primarily in rural areas without physical addresses, but also in towns and peri-urban areas as well.
You can simply start by searching or browsing the existing database of houses that have been built by experienced experts. You can also share the images of your newly built house along with the builder’s information to help others find a builder for their next project. If possible, you are encouraged to do so with the builder’s consent. Likewise a builder adding house information (and images) certifies the information to be true and correct as posted. Postings violating these guidelines may be removed from the database.
Additional important feature is the ability to find travel directions from any location to the mapped house. This solves a problem in areas where lack of physical (street) addressing makes it impossible to find travel directions to a home.
